Rebekah took great care of our two cats. She asked thoughtful questions in advance and even read through the doc that we give catsitters (which most of them don't read very thoroughly). We'd definitely trust her with our cats again.

Arwen was wonderful! She took care of our cats during our 4-day trip and gave us great peace of mind. She sent us pictures and detailed updates every day, which we really appreciated. Wonderful!!! Miranda spent time with my 2 dogs while I was away on a long day trip to Oregon. My big, friendly dog received more than his fair share of pets, scritches and attention. But to my amazement, Miranda was also able to very quickly win over my shy, skittish dog who is extremely selective!

I do not know if I can adequately describe how I feel about Kimberly. She is not "just a sitter on Rover" - Kimberly has become part of our extended family. As with many pet owners, it can be hard to hand over the care of pets to anyone, let alone someone you do not know. That was how I felt when I first reached out to Kimberly. We recently relocated to the greater Seattle area, and one of the hardest parts of the move was finding a new sitter who could live up to the one we had in Canada. I had heard of Rover and, with some deep investigating, found Kimberly. I reached out; she quickly responded, met us in person and answered all our questions. We set off on our trip and received daily updates and photos. I know the updates are a part of the protocol, but Kimberly does it wholeheartedly. Coming home, our fur kids were happy and content, which was a great welcome. That was almost a year ago, and our relationship keeps getting better. Jean and Elena are fantastic to work with! They showed great care and attention towards Simba, who is incredibly sweet but picky about who she hangs around; however, she loved Jean and Elena instantly. They ensured Simba spent time outdoors and even had a playful splash in her pool. Simba clearly adored them, and we will definitely be booking with Jean and Elena again. This was our pups’ first sitter visit, so they were understandably a little anxious and scared. She was so patient with them and was able to get them comfortable enough to go on their walk! She was also very communicative and kept us updated throughout.

genuinely just the sweetest girly out there. i love when our schedules align and Alexa is available to watch my dog!! i trust her so much and always feel at ease when she’s watching my dog. i can confidently know that my dog is receiving the same love he would be if i were there.
