I cannot recommend Lu enough! This was my first time leaving my cat, Milly, for an extended trip, and I was naturally nervous. Lu sent daily updates and the cutest photos, which totally put my mind at ease. It was clear they didn’t just feed the cat but actually spent quality time playing and bonding. Elaina did a fantastic job taking care of my cat Minnie while I was traveling. She sent detailed daily updates that were thoughtful and informative, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. She also included photos every day, which I really appreciated. Minnie can be a little shy at first, and Elaina clearly took the time to be patient and earn her trust rather than rushing the process. That meant a lot to me. Communication was always easy and responsive throughout the entire stay. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive sitter.

Jenica was truly the perfect match for taking care of my little kitty while we were away! She is extremely considerate and very kind. I will certainly be asking for her again whenever we need a sitter. He is usually pretty dang shy, but he (completely unexpectedly) immediately warmed up to her. She sent amazing pictures of him everyday she visited - they really made my day every time I got them - and ~90% of them have permanently made it into my camera roll. I do not know if I can adequately describe how I feel about Kimberly. She is not "just a sitter on Rover" - Kimberly has become part of our extended family. As with many pet owners, it can be hard to hand over the care of pets to anyone, let alone someone you do not know. That was how I felt when I first reached out to Kimberly. We recently relocated to the greater Seattle area, and one of the hardest parts of the move was finding a new sitter who could live up to the one we had in Canada. I had heard of Rover and, with some deep investigating, found Kimberly. I reached out; she quickly responded, met us in person and answered all our questions. We set off on our trip and received daily updates and photos. I know the updates are a part of the protocol, but Kimberly does it wholeheartedly. Coming home, our fur kids were happy and content, which was a great welcome. That was almost a year ago, and our relationship keeps getting better. Yi is personable, reliable, flexible and kind. She did a great job looking after our Willy for 15 days. She kept us updated on Willy with video recording and updates. Willy had the of best care, and we did not have to worry a bit about Willy when we were on vacation. Yi is just an amazing cat sitter and we highly recommend her.
