Yen and Terry were great with our dog Rocky while we were out of town for a week. Rocky got lots of love, exercise and attention. Yen sent us frequent photos and updates which we really appreciate appreciated. They are clearly experts at what they do. Thank you, Jan and Terry for taking such great care of Rocky!

We're a return customer of Alana's (3rd time now). We love all the photos she sends. My mini poodle Alfie had an absolutely blast.

Ranger our miniature schnauzer love’s stay with Charmaine! We love the pictures and just knowing that our dog is safe and happy helps us enjoying our time. We won’t go anywhere else!

Finn had a great time at Ina’s Doggie Disneyland and came home tuckered out. He’s my future service dog, so it was hard to send him off to his first boarding situation, but Ina helped set our minds at ease. The videos and photos she sent helped us relax about his happiness & safety during our trip, which was already a stressful whirlwind. Thanks, Ina, and all the fuzzy buddies!

Louie had a great time at Nathan’s. He got lots of exercise playing with the other dogs. And as they say — a tired dog is a happy dog (and owner).

Xiaomeng is a very friendly person to talk to. Her warm welcome immediately puts both my dog and me at ease. She takes excellent care of dogs, which is why she has may repeat clients. I like that my dog gets to play with other dogs during the stay. I will definitely book more stays with Xiaomeng.

I had a last-minute need for an overnight stay for Lyla. Once again, I knew she was in great hands and I could go do what I needed to do without any concerns.

Sterling review for Lorena and Andreas who took thoughtful care of my senior pup Oliver while I was out of the country. Ollie has some special needs due to his age and Lorena was sensitive to making sure Ollie was immersed in a routine to get him comfortable. Will def turn to them again for his care.

Rest assured that if you leave your beloved pet with Lauren and her family that he or she will be safe, loved, and extremely content. The only problem, Violet was a little too sad to see Lauren go when she dropped her off. I supposed that’s a very good problem to have 😁 Beyond that Lauren is responsive, reliable, and prompt. She takes any worry out of leaving my sweet pup during traveling.

Masumi and her family took excellent care of my sweet mini Bernedoodle. I received daily updates and photos—it was clear that my pup had a GREAT time playing with Apple! I would recommend Masumi to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter!

We were very satisfied with the care that Hong and Yuchen gave our Cody. At our request, they arranged for a meet and greet prior to Cody's stay to assess his compatibility with their two dogs. We received regular updates, photos and videos and they were quick to respond to our text messages. We will definitely board Cody with Hong and Yuchen in the future.

Sheena took the best care of our puppy for his first overnight! She made us and him feel so comfortable.

Thea was wonderful with Jordon. Now that he is older, he is moody and likes to be left alone. Understanding Jordon and dealing with him takes a very experienced and patient pet sitter. Thea was very response and sent updates about Jordon. He came back home a very happy boy. Will use Thea again during our travels.

This is my first experience using Rover, and I hit the absolute jackpot with Robin and her boys. At the meet and greet, my senior dog Maya instantly thought she was at her second home. Robin has such a kind, calm, and caring energy. I felt like I was dropping my dog off with family. I appreciate the photo updates and quick text communication. Robin works from home so my dog was spoiled having her around during the day and her family gave her a lot of walks and attention. When I picked up my dog after being gone a week, she was so happy and content. I could tell that she was so loved and cared for when I was gone. Not sure who had the better vacation, me or my dog:)!

I’m super glad Lois was available to watch my dog. She was very clear with scheduling and communication through my whole week long trip, and sent updates and pictures. My dog got along great with her dog and was clearly very happy during his stay with her. I would definitely recommend and rebook with Lois!

I cannot express enough how amazing the care for my pets was. I left both my dog and my cat with Yun-Chun and Ao-Chang. In the past, we've had difficult experiences with other sitters; my dog has anxiety and has had stress induced colitis from previous people he has stayed with. My cat gets very stressed too and will refuse to eat or drink. Yun-Chun and Ao-Chang were incredibly kind, attentive, and patient with my pets and both my dog and my cat came back EXTREMELY well cared for. They even got my cat to eat, which has been impossible for other sitters!! My dog had a blast in their backyard and came home with the biggest smile on his face. I will absolutely be booking again and can't recommend these caregivers enough. Thank you for taking such good care of my pets!!

Ling did such a great job watching our anxious, senior pup! She was super communicative and sent lots of photos and videos. He also says he had a great time :)
