its our second time with Lu! Lu is my go to pet sitter now, she still remembers my pets and their routines and what they like, my cats also recognize her and enjoyed her visits and petting a lot! Highly recommended!

Adonna did daily visits to care for our two indoor-only 2-year-old cats for 18 days. For every visit, she provided great descriptions in her Rover cards with photos of our cats, which we really appreciated while we were away. One of our cats is long-haired, and she did a great job brushing her. Adonna was prompt and thorough in her communication with us; she did a great job answering any and all questions we had and kept us informed throughout. When we unexpectedly were running low on the compostable litter bags due to our mistake of having not planned well enough in advance of our trip, Adonna checked in with us via Rover and then went above and beyond by bringing some from her own supply from her home. She let us know in advance that she would leave some extras for us to use when we got back from our trip — a thoughtful touch that didn’t go unnoticed. We’re grateful for the attentive care Adonna provided to our cats. Thank you so much, Adonna!

Julie was punctual, consistent, and very detailed in her summaries! She provided pictures for us and gave us updates on how our pets were doing while we were away. She was also very flexible when we needed to give more details on feeding routines for the pets. She provided much needed ease of mind while we were out of town. Will definitely book again!

She took good care of our Cats... one of our cat is really shy and normally hide during sittings... she was able to get her out and give her quality time.
