Kathryn was absolutely amazing. She was able to cat whisper her way into my kitties hearts. One of them needs ear medicine and has a habit of hiding from everyone so she can’t be found. Kathryn won her confidence on day one and was able to give her medicine every day. I was thrilled. I highly recommend her. She was the best!

She listened thoughtfully, understood where I was coming from, and was proactive in offering additional help and support. We booked David to care for our 2 cats while we were away for back to back trips over the course of about 3 weeks. He did a fantastic job caring for both our cats and our home, including one cat who is deaf and needs a daily inhaler. Both cats were happy and healthy when we returned. Jovian was amazing with my kitty Ash! Considering our booking was over Christmas, she was very flexible and took the time to make sure my cat had everything he needed on every drop in. Jackson is amazing. We have an anxious dog who has some fear based aggression and had issues with every sitter we have tried in the past. Jackson has been willing to take on the challenge and working toward earning Hank's trust. He seems to be very understanding of dogs like Hank unlike any other sitter we have worked with. Jackson was willing to spend a lot of time at a meet and greet working with Hank as well.
