Elaina was awesome. Our new pup has been working on crate training and staying home alone. Elaina was patient with him, loved on him, and tried new tricks to keep him happy in the crate. She was so collaborative and creative!

We were so fortunate to have Julie caring for our cat - he has specific health/behavioral needs and Julie handled that so well, which gave us peace of mind while traveling. She sent us detailed photos and updates while caring for him. We’re grateful to her and her care and would highly recommend!

Communicative and in tune with our pets, Jovian made it easy for us to sneak away for a day in the mountains knowing our pets were given attention and our dog ran outside.

Arielle came through for us short notice and we are so grateful. She spent time with our 2 pugs giving them love inside after taking them for a good walk around our condo complex for potties. we will be using her again for the next time we need some help with our pugs! thank you!!

Kathryn is a gem! She does so well with my sweet kitties and brought it packages that were on my porch (that I didn't expect to be here by now!) thank you for letting us have a stress free trip knowing our babes are well-cared for.

1st time using Rover. 1 year Main Coon and 12 year old Norwegian Forest Cat. Last minute 10 day trip due to illness and passing of family member. Shandel did daily care, attention, and play. Our cats require a lot of human interaction and Shandel made a big difference for them. She did an excellent job handling daily needs caring for them. Husband is a very private person and felt comfortable having her in our home.

Stephanie is AMAZING! You can tell she really cares about this work. She LOVES our little girls (cats) like the best cat auntie she is! I was so happy to receive her updates each day. It’s clear she spent lots of quality time with the girls and wasn’t just doing a quick check in-and go. I can’t recommend her enough! Also she takes phenomenal pictures! THANK YOU!

Adonna showed a genuinely high level of care and empathy when I explained the stress I was feeling about leaving my pet. She listened thoughtfully, understood where I was coming from, and was proactive in offering additional help and support. Her compassion really put my mind at ease, and I’m grateful for how she handled everything.
