Our kitty greeted Melissa and her kiddos everyday at the door the way he greets my husband and I so I could tell that he enjoyed their company. He was even ready to play when we got home which made it apparent that he got used to the routine of playing with them everyday. Melissa is a great communicator and kept us informed of everything going on and provided excellent updates and photos for us each day. We’ll definitely book with them again.
She gets along great with the cats, even our grumpy one Perry came out towards the end. She was prompt and understanding even when I botched the schedule. Will book again!
