Doggy Day Care in Maple Heights-Lake Desire

Stanley, Victoria, and their pup Charlie were the perfect doggie daycare sitters for my senior dog, Missy. We came to town for work and while I had all-day in-person work meetings, Missy was so well cared for and loved in their home. She has separation anxiety, but I felt completely at peace leaving her with them. They were incredibly attentive and accommodating to her needs. I’m so grateful I found them to watch Missy and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Sofia trotted off with Judy. One happy dog with tail wagging as she looked up at Judy. When we picked her up she looked healthy and happy. We couldn’t ask for anything better. Plus we got some great pictures of a smiling Sofia.

Jacklyn kept our little guy busy, safe and happy for the day. It looks like he had a great day playing with her puppy as he was nice and mellow for the rest of the evening. We received one text update to let us know that the two pups were playing well. :) Thanks Jacklyn!!

Such a fun pack. Perfect place for my shy dog to make new friends. Claire was very attentive and sent pictures during the day. We will definitely be back.

Jason + family was fantastic. This was our first time using rover services and he made it very easy and welcoming! My dog came home happy and exhausted at the same time, she had so much fun playing with his dogs and family! Also sent pics and videos throughout the day, well worth it. Thank you, will use again - for sure! :)

Jay and Xinyu are awesome! My dog is anxious and sometimes can be a lot, and they seemed very loving and patient to him. We did a meet and greet at their house and they asked us many questions to get to know him and be prepared for hosting him. They sent detailed updates and photos, and I could see my dog was very comfortable and having a good time!😊 I will book with them again for sure :)

Alex is a really sweet person with great knowledge about taking care of dogs. She shared a lot of ideas and suggestions for looking after the pets. During my pets day care sessions, she paid a lot of attention to my pets and make sure they’re always in good care. She cleaned my pets’ eyes, trim the nails, and provided massages. She’s on top of providing updates that include pictures and videos.

Such a caring host for my little girl. The resident dogs are friendly and great with Kira. She obviously has so much fun.

We ended up not planning our Mother's Day outing as diligently as possible. After realizing we didn't have a plan for our girls, we searched on Rover and found Marina and Richard located on a convenient route. I can see why they have such great reviews and return customers. It was a day saver for us, and the girls were worn out =). It was hands down a great experience.

Our grand dog Dani loves going to Ellen’s! We’ve tried a couple of the sitters from Rover but didn’t go well and Dani liked Ellen the first time already. We appreciate how she treats Dani. Thanks Ellen!

Lucy was well looked after. She was exhausted when she got home from playing. Quinten was really great with communicating and sending pictures. Would highly recommend.

Dot had a blast outside with Jaime and her family. She had such a great time that when we got home she went straight to bed.

Mallory always provides great care, lots of snuggles, and plenty of exercise & playtime for my puppy, "Birdie". It's like her home away from home! Thanks for the excellent communication and especially for your patience and flexibility when my work schedule fluctuates a bit, I really appreciate it!! We'll see you next week! 🐶😊

We recently moved to Seattle from San Diego and were looking for a new sitter for our dog, Mello. Since Mello has anxiety and can be nervous around new people, it was very important for us to find someone who could help her gradually build trust through daycare visits before any boarding stays. We had a meet-and-greet followed by a daycare day with Cheryl, and the experience was wonderful. Cheryl was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating to Mello’s needs. Mello had a great day, and it gave us confidence that we found the right person to help her feel comfortable and secure. Cheryl was also very responsive throughout the day and sent lots of photos and updates, which we absolutely loved and appreciated. We’re excited to continue working with Cheryl for future daycare and boarding stays. It’s such a relief to find someone who genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after.
