Mika is so great with our cats! We continue to use her over and over again because of the great care she provides. She is great at communicating and always keeps us up to date on everything. We cannot recommend her enough!

Natalee was great with our pups. She was super responsive, communicative, took great pictures, and our dogs loved her immediately upon meeting her the first time.

In short, Taylor is excellent. My cat “Mouse” has some minor medical issues. He requires meds to be given with food, and has some related issues that need specific responses. I gave the basics of his needs in my profile, and then gave more details verbally to Taylor before she took care of him for a few days. During our conversation before care started, she was taking notes, then went over them with me to ensure her notes were accurate. During her time taking care of Mouse, she provided very detailed notes and pictures from her visits. It was clear that she followed my instructions explicitly. She mentioned some things that happened during her visits due to his medical issues, and noted how she responded. It was very comforting to know that she responded correctly, per my instructions, and kept me up to date on how he was doing. It’s clear that she cares about the animals that she takes care of, and knows how to earn their trust. She didn’t push or force herself on Mouse, she gently let him check her out and accept her presence before proceeding to interact more with him. When she interacted with him, she was very perceptive in learning what he likes and doesn’t like. Mouse clearly enjoyed his time with her. Finally, it’s a little scary letting someone you don’t know in to your life and house to take care of your pet. My daughter couldn’t visit as often as needed, and really wanted me to find other friends who could visit Mouse. That’s easier said than done, especially because I travel a lot. After seeing the visit notes and pictures that Taylor provided, Taylor won my daughter over. She could clearly see how well Taylor was taking care of Mouse, and said Taylor took better care of Mouse than she did. I can’t give higher praise than that. I’m looking forward to future trips with Taylor taking care of Mouse.

I couldn’t be happier with the care McKenzie provided for my dogs, Bella and Romeo. From the moment she met them, it was clear she had a natural connection with animals. She was incredibly attentive, responsible, and loving with both of them treating them like her own. McKenzie went above and beyond to make sure they were happy, comfortable, and well exercised while I was away. She kept me updated with photos and messages, which gave me total peace of mind. Bella and Romeo absolutely adored her and honestly, I think they miss her already! If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and professional to take care of your pets, McKenzie is the one. I can’t recommend her enough!

Marian was great with our car while we were out of town! She was communicative, sent pictures and let us know how he was doing. Will definitely use her again when we need a sitter.

Brooke is amazing! As soon as she walked through the door I knew she would be a loving caretaker for my pets. She is an excellent communicator, is kind, responsible, and obviously has an immense understanding of working with animals of all tempermaments. I felt 100% safe leaving her to care for my household. I highly recommend her!

This was my first time using services through Rover and I’m so thankful I found Krissy, she was amazing! We were able to discuss my needs before I even left for my trip and everything was smooth sailing while I was away. I received sweet photos and great communication the whole time and Krissy was so kind with every interaction. I will absolutely look to rebook Krissy in the future!

Layla was the perfect pet sitter. She took such good care of my cat while I was on vacation. My cat is usually pretty shy, but she actually came out and let Layla give her love and attention. I will use Layla again next time we need a pet sitter.

Scarlett was so great with all my pets while I was away! She was very attentive and updated me during her visits and went above and beyond to make them more comfortable due to them having some separation anxiety. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did and I would highly recommend her for your pets. I hope to be able to book with her again!

Danielle has watched my babies on many occasions now and I could not recommend her more! She is so accommodating and cares so much about animals. Her communication is top tier, I never feel out of the loop. She always includes photos and goes above and beyond to ensure their every need is met. What a great first experience!! I tried a different app but it didn't offer or encourage meet and greets like Rover does so that was the first positive but Emily was so sweet and Annie had such a great time! I will definitely be scheduling with her again!!
