Xinya was great, she took amazing care of our cat and our cat was really comfortable and happy at their place. She’s also super organized and communicative, would definitely recommend for anyone looking to board their cats!

Noah was able to set up a five-day pet sitting appointment on short notice. He came to my home before I left in order to meet the cats and review what was needed for their care. He is personable, confident and capable. I recommend Noah as a reliable pet sitter choice.

Shana cared for our cats on a recent weekend trip and she was very communicative and responsible. Detailed updates and photos mean a lot to us, as we are newer pet owners, and Shana did an awesome job of this! She put us at ease. :) They are looking forward to seeing her next time!

Carly was amazing! Very flexible as I had to schedule the visits last minute. Excellent communication and she took lots of photos of my two boys! My one cat is very skittish and tends to hide around new people but he came out for her and let her give him pets! They clearly liked and trusted her. Very grateful to know they were taken such good care of while I was away. Will definitely use her again in the future!

I had an excellent experience with my pet sitter despite a large time difference—I was in Asia, and she was in Seattle. Even when I was delayed in responding, sometimes by 10 or more minutes, she was incredibly patient and flexible, adjusting her schedule so that each visit still lasted a full hour. After every visit with my cat, she provided detailed notes and consistently checked in to ask if additional care—like trimming fur or nails—was needed. She even asked if I wanted my cat taken for walks. Despite us never meeting in person, our communication was seamless. On top of that, she went the extra mile by cleaning up some mess my cat made and returned my key to my neighbor. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend her to other pet owners!

Leelay was great with our cat Jasper. He has only been with us for a few months and can be nervous with new people and in new locations. Leelay visited him twice a day and brought him toys and sent us tons of great pictures. We were happy to see they were getting along so well and it put us at ease while we traveled.

Lydia is absolutely great! She takes such good care of our two girls; she is very attentive to their needs and makes sure they get lots of activity and attention whenever she visits. 11/10!

Jackie is an amazing communicator, truly cares about the animals she cares for, and proactively thinks of solutions to make nervous animals feel safe.
