Brandi was amazing! I have a very shy rescue cat who never makes an appearance to strangers and she got him to come out of hiding a few times! He was a bit of a problem child but she handled it so well and went above and beyond. She was very good at communicating and sending pics. You can tell she genuinely cares. I would for sure book her again and highly recommend her. She even left us handmade catnip toys!

Hailey was wonderful with our cats! She took great care of them, sent lots of pictures and videos, and made sure they got plenty of playtime and attention. She was also incredibly accommodating when our travel plans changed and we needed to extend the booking. This was my first time using Rover. When I met Shelly, I knew she was the perfect fit. Our cat Wally is not always welcoming to new people, especially when we are not around. Shelly took time to interact with Wally. Her updates after each visit were appreciated and helped me feel comfortable knowing that Wally was doing great while on vacation. Shelly even brought fresh catnip, which Wally loved. I would recommend Shelly. She has a warm and friendly presence.
