Words cannot fully express how grateful I am to Jiru for the incredible care she gave to my cat, Doya, while I was away. Leaving Doya for over two weeks was a huge emotional challenge for me, cause she has never before being apart for such a long time. But Jiru’s unwavering dedication and loving attention gave me peace of mind every single day! I asked her to check in on Doya every two days, and she made it with such care, ensuring her food and water were just right, keeping an eye on her litter box, and most importantly, monitoring Doya’s mood and well-being. It was clear that Jiru treated Doya like her own, and her gentle, compassionate presence helped my cat stay calm, healthy, and comforted throughout my absence. I am so deeply thankful to Jiru for her kindness and for making this difficult time so much easier on both of us. Thanks to her, I returned to find my beloved Doya happy and safe, and that means more to me than words can express.

My wife and I were stuck stranded on a trip for an extra 5 days due to the Southwest Airlines system-wide meltdown over Christmas. Heather helped us out and agreed to check on our kitty for the additional time and we were so relieved. Heather is great! She's dependable and her reports are thorough. She also watered our plants and brought in our packages, which we truly appreciated. Communication was thoughtful, and we felt completely at ease while we were away. Michelle was available on short notice when my usual sitters were unavailable and she took such wonderful care of my kitties. There were fed, loved, and had lots of fun playing. I couldn't recommend Michelle more, she is a wonderful pet sitter!!

Rachel is a very responsible pet sitter. My reservation with previous pet sitter got cancelled because of the bad weather one day before the service. Me and my family were already out of town and my cats were at home alone. Rachel was able to accept this late request and took care of cats well in the bad weather situation.

Tiffany was great working with my diabetic cat and his insulin shots. She is flexible with my scheduling and very responsible. I will definitely use her again.

It's my second time getting Aliaksandra's help to drop in visit my cats when I'm away. Aliaksandra has been awesome and reliable as always, and took great care of my babies. She's very communicative and sent many cat photos, so I can rest assured while I'm on vacation. Highly recommend her service for your fur babies too!

Jue was amazing with our cats, Coco and April! She sent detailed updates with photos and videos every day, kept them well-fed, and spent plenty of time playing with them. We came home to two very happy and relaxed kitties. Highly recommend Jue — we’ll definitely book her again!
