Cat Sitting in Newcastle

We had a really great experience with Kseniia taking care of our cats. She followed all of our instructions carefully, kept the litter boxes clean, refreshed food and water, and took wonderful care of our cats. One of our cats is usually very selective about people, but he came out to her and even enjoyed being petted and played with, which says a lot. She even offered to clean up the mess the cats had made, even though we hadn’t asked. We were able to enjoy our vacation with complete peace of mind, knowing our cats were in caring and reliable hands. Highly recommend!

Heather did a fabulous job of caring for our kitties! Her report notes are very detailed and she seems to have a way with even the shy cats like ours.

Teresa was absolutely wonderful! She took great care of our furry friend and handled everything calmly and responsibly, even when an unexpected issue came up and we weren’t immediately reachable. She also watered our plants and brought in our packages, which we truly appreciated. Communication was thoughtful, and we felt completely at ease while we were away. Tucker was living his best life. He was relaxed and happy. Loved getting videos and pictures of his stay. Would definitely have Xiaoxiao take care of him again and recommend her to others.

I booked the drop in stays a bit last minute before the Thanksgiving holidays, but Jiru was extremely fast to respond and accept my request. She is super friendly and easy to work with, and from the photos/videos, I could tell that Matilda (my cat) had a great time with her!

Jackie is an amazing communicator, truly cares about the animals she cares for, and proactively thinks of solutions to make nervous animals feel safe. Scarlett did an amazing job taking care of our old lady Jelly. She followed directions thoroughly, gave her medicine on time and made sure Jelly didn't get lonely while we were gone. She's super nice, communicative and pays attention to the animal's needs. I highly recommend Scarlett (Wanqing) for your pets needs when you need to be away.
