Heather was wonderful! Kept us up to date with lots of details and pictures every day, took care of little problems that cropped up, and managed to befriend our very shy kitty very quickly. We will definitely book her next time we are away.

Lillian was wonderful to work with. She was very attentive to my cat, sent cute photos of her, and kept me up-to-date with daily reports. My shy cat who usually hides through a petsitter's visits actually interacted with Lillian. :-) I looked forward to her daily communication and hope to engage her services in the future.

Alice was wonderful! Prompt and helpful/kind communication. Was willing to go the extra mile always. Would recommend her to anyone & will definitely be rebooking with her for future trips.

Our dogs were immediately comfortable meeting James. He had a very kind vibe and we all picked up on that! James was punctual, efficient and sent photos of my pups everyday. It’s our first Rover experience and we were very pleased. I highly recommend James, as do Greta (9 yo staffy) and Ollie (18 yo chi).

Jackie took great care of my babies while I was gone. She’s excellent with communication, following instructions, and has a genuine care for animals that made me feel safe while away with my critters in her care.

Chad was great! Very flexible with our needs!

Kiwi provided very quick responses and took great care of our kitties! She sent great updates and pictures at each check in, and had no issues with our cats medication. She even took her shoes off when entering our home without us requesting, small things are much appreciated. Thanks for taking care of our cats, they look forward to seeing you again!

Veronica was outstanding. First time leaving my cat alone for so long and Veronica made my cat super comfortable. I see her acting as her usual self the day I returned I will be moving Veronica in the future.
