The sitter I booked did not show up for my visits. I reached out to Nora and she immediately went over to let my sweet girl outside. I appreciate her more than she knows!! I will be rebooking with her ASAP! Thank you Nora. You are a life saver!

Natascha always takes great care of my boy. She gives helpful updates and Hugo really loves to cuddle and play with her. Thanks for giving him extra love while I was away!

Ashley is truly the best. Incredibly communicative, so sweet with all our fur babies and didn’t have to worry one minute while we were out of town. She went above and beyond with our animals ensuring they were not just taken care of but thriving in the process. It gave us such peace of mind knowing all our animals were in such trustworthy hands. We were anxious because it was our first time leaving our senior dog alone for a whole weekend, and Anna did a wonderful job putting our minds at ease. She took good care of our Juno and made sure our home was tidy and safe. Highly recommended!

Amanda has now helped us twice and we can't rave enough about her! She came out for a meet and greet first and we knew immediately it was the right fit. She sent photos of our pups and brought up a concern about a rash on one of their bellies. Very reliable, punctual, and an all around great sitter!

Constance was quick to reply from the very beginning even when I first reached out and had never used Rover for a cat sitter. She took the time to come over for a meet and greet to get the layout and to learn our cats feeding schedule and where the toys and food and trays were located. I loved receiving the little notes and photos of our cat after every visit. These check ins were peace of mind that our cat was being well cared for while getting some snuggle and playtime in each day. Kha is the best! Our Goose loves seeing her and they have the best times together. She is very mindful of his blindness and helps him with anything when necessary. Best sitter EVER!

Kimberly went above and beyond my expectations or my additional requests.Im a 1st time user of Rover, and in fact have never had a cat/pet-sitter before. Kimberly got back to my inquiry within 15 minutes, and was able to help me with less than 12 hours notice. Upon my request, I asked if she could come by the house so I could leave her all my (insane and overly protectiveness) notes. We had initially agreed to 30 min drop-ins everyday, but after I met her I asked if she could do 2 visits a day, which she was able to accommodate my worry for leaving my cat alone. Kimberly provided photos of my cat EVERY VISIT and messaged me every time I needed to check-in (for my sanity). I had interior cameras set up and could honestly look in when I was curious, but she was amazing and meeting all my cats needs. Her interaction, and updates showed me that aside from me, and including my daughter, my cat seemed to love her almost as much as me! My cat was even following her out every visit the last few days! Kimberly loved my cat, and even fed the outdoor birds & squirrels in my absence since they are my cats TV entertainment throughout the days. ***Note: I didn't even return to a "present" from my cat! I can't recommend Kimberly enough!!! It was the BEST experience for both me and my cat! She will be there as much as you need her to, even on Christmas Day and evening!!! ❤️

I was just away over night, but needed to get my pup dinner and someone to drop in and let her in the yard and give her a little evening cuddle. Kaylie did a great job and even reset the tv to keep some noise on for my dog before she left. Will use again for sure. Thank you!

Katherine did such an excellent job with my son Cosmo when I needed her the most I can’t thank her enough she’s perfect. My furry son loved her.

Hannah, did a great job on drop-in visits for our two cats. She posted pictures and comments each day for us to read. I would book with her again.
