Bevin paid close attention to instructions and didn’t hesitate to ask for clarification when needed. She regularly sent photos, which provided reassurance that the kitties did not stay in their hiding place, but were comfortable hanging out with her. She left the place in tip-top shape. Bevin is responsible and caring. I would definitely contact her again for pet/house-sitting.

David was friendly, outgoing, and did a wonderful job stopping by daily to take care of my cat. He even brought in the mail for me. I couldn't have been happier.

We chose Mary-Elizabeth based on all of the other client reviews. In practice, her services did not disappoint! We got regular updates on our Maine Coin mix, Logan. She included photos, video and status notations. As we traveled, our phones had 2G capability much of the time, so access for the Rover app was so-so. When we let Mary-Elizabeth know this, she also texted us photos and links, which greatly put our minds at ease. All we can say is THANK YOU! If we need a sitter again, we will definitely look up Mary-Elizabeth first.
