We’re very happy with Ruolan’s service. She is caring and considerate. In addition to the routines, she would also spend time playing with the cats. She cares a lot about the well-beings of them. We will certainly book her service again in the future, and recommend her to friends in need.

Irina took care of our 3 kitties while we were out of the country for 10 days and she was amazing! She was very consistent with her updates, feeding and scooping was done as instructed, and our kitties were happy. Thank you so much, Irina!

I booked Bella last minute after my neighbor, who usually watches my cat, injured his leg. He recommended his own dog walker who lives nearby, and I’m so glad he did! Bella was perfectly on time and followed all my instructions to a T. What impressed me most was how she handled Hulk; he is incredibly shy and usually hides from everyone, he even hides from my friend! I watched on my camera and was so surprised to see him actually come out to play. Bella clearly has a special energy that pets trust. I highly recommend her!

Emily was easily the BEST rover sitter I’ve ever used. She was booked to do 30 min drop ins for my cat while I was gone for nearly 3 weeks, and she was so sweet and communicative! I will definitely be using her services again the next time I’m out of town!!

Maria was amazing with Toby! She gave his medicine at exactly the right time, prepared his food just right, and Toby just loved her. I will definitely hire Maria again if I need someone to look after Toby.

Winglam did an excellent job taking care of our cats over the holidays. She was attentive to all the instructions, taking the extra step with notes & pics to ensure nothing was missed. She was on time, tidy & kept our little guys happy. She even left us a cute Christmas pic of our cats after her last visit. We would definitely hire Winglam again.

Alyssa took excellent care of my cat, Sable, while I was away over the holidays. She is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, and she made sure Sable received plenty of playtime and affection. I felt very comfortable knowing he was in good hands.

James tried very hard on our shy kitty and sent the photos and notes. This was our first time leaving our cat, and even though she did not want to play, it was very comforting knowing she was doing ok. James communicated very well!

Shana is a very prepared sitter. When we did an initial visit, she brought a notepad and took lots of notes. My building uses the Latch app and while we didn't struggle with this at first, unfortunately on the day of Shana's visit, it decided it needed to be updated, which can be really confusing for visitors. She was able to get it to work and get inside to take care of my two cats. She sent lots of great photos and they warmed up to her right away. I'd definitely book again :)
