Ruolan was very responsive and kept us well updated throughout the visit. She was thoughtful, great with cats, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience stress-free. We felt very comfortable leaving our cat in her care and would happily book with her again.

It’s my first time using Rover, Viktoriia and her husband Denys definitely gave me a great experience of taking good care of my cat. They are easy to communicate and always replied on time. All the small details we communicated before the visit are being addressed well and I can see my cat looks good while I’ve left for so long. I would highly recommend to choose them!

Jiaxin was very sweet and she left daily detailed updates about her drop-in visits with our cat Aragorn and lots of pictures. I really appreciate her spending so much time playing with Aragorn so that he got his daily stimulation. I could tell Aragorn really loved her company while we were away on our trip. She also did me a huge favor picking up a package for me from our mailroom. Very friendly, communicative, and reliable - would definitely rebook with her again in the future!

Srihitha was very self sufficient and our cat warmed up to her very quickly! Highly recommend and will definitely be working with her again!

Liubov has helped take care of my cat twice. She’s been patient, considerate and professional. Getting into my apartment is a bit tricky but she never has a problem with that. I highly recommend her!

Maria was amazing with Toby! She gave his medicine at exactly the right time, prepared his food just right, and Toby just loved her. I will definitely hire Maria again if I need someone to look after Toby.

Mike recently watched my two cats for a week. He took time to meet with me in person, kept me informed on when he stopped in, sent me photos and was very responsive when I asked questions. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend him!

My cat seems to love Katrina and I feel better getting pictures of him each day. Makes me miss him too but I love seeing him obviously getting the attention he craves. 😻.
