Ruolan was great! I made a fairly last minute visit and they were happy to help. Super communicative and sent lots of pictures as well. Went beyond and did some extra chores like vacuuming litter dust which was appreciated!

Haitha was a life server! she took care of our cat and guinea pigs while we were on vacation. She will be our first go to choice when we need someone to take care of the girls. Highly recomended!

Victoria did a fantastic job with Fred during time away. She sent us photos each time she visited, and left us a detailed message of how Fred was doing! Highly recommend her!

Jiaxin was very sweet and she left daily detailed updates about her drop-in visits with our cat Aragorn and lots of pictures. I really appreciate her spending so much time playing with Aragorn so that he got his daily stimulation. I could tell Aragorn really loved her company while we were away on our trip. She also did me a huge favor picking up a package for me from our mailroom. Very friendly, communicative, and reliable - would definitely rebook with her again in the future!

Christian took amazing care of Shifu! He looked after him for 5 days and was prompt, reliable and thoughtful. I got regular photo updates every day, which really put me at ease when I was away. I’d absolutely book Christian again without hesistation. Highly recommend.

I left my cat Cloudy with their care for almost two weeks and it couldn't have gone better! They helped me unload and load all of her things, kept me updated with regular pictures and messages throughout her stay, and truly made her feel welcome. As someone with a lot of anxiety about leaving my cat, the constant communication was such a relief. I’ll absolutely be booking again!

Liubov is an excellent pet sitter. She read about my four pets ahead of time and did a walkthrough with me before the first visit to be sure all questions were answered. I appreciate her prompt response and attention to detail as well as the great communication and photos. I highly recommend her as a top notch sitter for your pets.

Maria was amazing with Toby! She gave his medicine at exactly the right time, prepared his food just right, and Toby just loved her. I will definitely hire Maria again if I need someone to look after Toby.
