Pet Sitting in Rochester

Jaclyn is very personable! She took the time to meet with us and our dogs before we booked her for a visit. We really appreciated how seriously she takes working with Rover. Our dogs are our babies and she made us feel so comfortable!

Sami met with us ahead of time to learn about our dogs' preferences, likes, etc. She communicates very well via text and sent us photos of her drop-in visit. Her love for animals is evident. We have Sami on our schedule to use again. Highly recommended.

Carter was so caring and patient with my cats. Also a great communicator!

Becky is very punctual and accomodating to changing plans. She is also very good with our high energy, anxious Decker Rat Terrier. We booked her again.

Kevin went above and beyond with his drop-in visits for the dogs. One of them is very stubborn and he was extremely patient and made sure he was safe, comfortable, and fed. He went the extra mile to play with them in the yard for an extended amount of time and sent lots of photos/videos so that we could have peace of mind with their care. Highly recommend Kevin for your dogs’ needs!

Vita was wonderful. This was the first time I was using Rover and I was really worried about leaving my 16-year old cat at home alone. Vita took really good care of my cat. She kept me posted, took pictures, and did all the small tasks I asked her to do with his feeding. He even had a small accident (hairball), and she didn't hesitate to clean it up. It was very comforting and reassuring to get her messages, pictures, and video in the morning, reassuring me that my kitty was taken care of for the day.

Qing is Awesome! She is very organized, sets up customized care plans and has great communication with regular updates. Qing is particularly good with my rescue kitty who is very shy and skittish around new people. I highly recommend Qing!

Dylan was quick to respond to my booking and available again for a last minute drop in! He's great with the dogs and very easy to communicate with. :) Thank you!
