Angel provided such amazing care to our babies and our home while we were away. He sent wonderful updates with tons of detail and adorable photos and videos. The house was spotless when we got home and our babies were happy and healthy. He is the best!

We had such a wonderful experience with Kelsey while we were out of town for a week! Communication was truly excellent — we always felt informed and reassured while we were away. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating when our travel plans unexpectedly changed, which meant so much to us. We loved receiving frequent photos and updates, and it was clear our pets were happy and well cared for. Beyond being reliable and professional, she was genuinely kind and thoughtful. When I first reached out to Ashley, she was very willing to have a meet and greet with us and Max. It gave us comfort that we were able to do this before making the decision to book her. We were able to ask all necessary questions and check with her to see if she is ok with our rules. Communication was key and she had a few requests as well which we were ok with and agreed upon. Our first booking was for the weekend on Mother's day weekend. Our first time having anyone dog sit at our house. But luckily Max is very easy and just need enough time to feel like he was not left alone. Ashley gave us picture updates which is always great to have. The 2nd booking, we booked for our vacation for about 1.5 weeks long. However, we had to cancel the day before our trip for medical issue and Ashley was so accommodating and understanding. We know that it is hard to get new bookings when these cancellations came up. During that few days, Ashley was kind enough to check in with us to see if we needed some help with Max while we had to deal with the medical issue. She went above and beyond. Our recent one with her was to have her check in on Max while we were out almost all day. He was a happy camper that day getting his 2nd walk earlier then usual and his frozen yogurt! Ashley remembered what we allows him as long as he finished his dinner. lol. He is such a spoiled prince and Ashley is definitely spoiling him for us. This definitely will not be our last time booking with her. I would hate to give her this great review on here because more people will book her and she won't have enough time for us if we need her to watch Max. lol. That is how you know they are great at what they do and also being trustworthy of our home and pet care.

Victoria was wonderful. She was able to help us at very short notice. Tavish loved her and she stayed with him the whole time. She sent us pics and a cute video which we appreciated.

After my trip I came home to happy cats and a clean home. Evan H. provided photos and updates during the trip which were greatly appreciated.

Parkre and Levi are amazing. Parkre sent great video updates. They we’re flexible and handled a few unexpected situations with ease, showing genuine concern for our kitties well being. They administered first aid after cat fight, gave them allergy pills, ensured they ate, and had plenty of playtime. Great communication all around.

We are so happy we found Khaytlen to watch our 2 dogs. She did an amazing job providing updates including many videos and pictures. We especially appreciate her keeping our high energy, anxious pups well exercised and providing insight into some training aspects. We would definitely rebook her again!
