Viktoriia and Irina were great as always! So easy to work with, and our high needs cat was safe and happy when we got back. Would highly recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to have to worry about their pets while they’re away!

My dog was instantly friends with Christian when he came over for the meet and greet, my dog isn’t always that friendly with new people so that was a good sign. Overall was great and sent pictures of my dog for each drop in visit. Have him booked again for my next trip and recommend!

This is my second time booking Ruolan and once again she took AMAZING care of my cat Lulu!!! She is super responsive and professional. Especially this time she was an absolute lifesaver since the power in my apartment went out on the second day I was away. The auto feeder and water fountain stopped working. Since I was overseas and dealing with a big time difference, Ruolan quickly contacted my apartment manager and maintenance staff for me and helped get everything resolved! She also sent me so many photos and videos of Lulu, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was abroad. After being away for two weeks, I came home to a place that was incredibly clean and tidy—no scattered litter or cat hair cuz she always vacuumed after each grooming session, which I truly appreciated. Ruolan is an excellent sitter and I couldn’t be more grateful for her help. I highly recommend her!!!

Eric did a fantastic job looking after my two cats, one of which is getting older and needs daily medication. He is easy to communicate with and the cats enjoyed his company. Can't recommend him enough!

This was my second time using Ace as my cat sitter! Ace is very reliable and went above and beyond by washing the cat dishes and cleaning the cat litter. I feel very comfortable leaving my cats knowing they will be well taken care of. Definitely recommend!

Junbo took wonderful care of our cat, Nox, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. She was very communicative, asked thoughtful questions beforehand to understand Nox’s needs, and adapted her care to Nox’s temperament. We loved receiving the many photo updates, and it was clear she spent quality time playing with her and even hiding treats around for her to find. Junbo also went above and beyond by offering to clean up a mess Nox made while eating and staying beyond. We highly recommend Junbo and would gladly book with her again!
