This was our second booking with Ivanna & Jacob after being very happy with their service on our first booking. They're a pleasant young couple and took great care of our collection of our three furry babies - our cat and the cats belonging to each of our two daughters - on both occasions. We absolutely recommend them!

Kaitlyn was amazing! I had a last minute trip and was stressing because I only had a few days to book someone watch our two cats. Kaitlyn was so accommodating and friendly, and made me feel completely at ease knowing our kitties were in her care. She sent detailed updates, which I really appreciated as an anxious cat mom. Harley was fantastic! She asked all the right questions during our meet-and-greet, and even our shy cat seemed to warm up to her quickly. She arrived on time every morning, which our cats definitely appreciated, and gave us peace of mind while we were away. We’ll definitely be booking with Harley again the next time we leave town!

✨ Kizzie is a superstar and if I could, I’d give 6/5 stars! ⭐️✨ One of our elderly kitties required extra care because she wears diapers, and Kizzie adapted easily to getting her changed regularly. 🧷 She sent in consistent updates, and we definitely could tell that our senior kitties were comfy and relaxed in her care, and they even knew when to greet her at the door. 😸😽 The many photos she sent in were wonderful to see that she also provided regular brushing and interactive activities to keep them active. 🧠 Not only did she juggle the different diets and meds for our two kitties, she also went above and beyond in making sure the house was tidied from the kitties 🏠, and gifted us with a very sweet memento of our third elderly kitty that was supposed to be in her care that passed away 2 days before our trip. ☺️💐💝 Unexpected, but extremely thoughtful. 💖 Absolutely and happily will book with Kizzie again for any future kitty-sitting needs! 🙌🏽

Where do I even begin on how AMAZING Jeannie is! To start someone who was supposed to check on the pups before Jeannie got there fell through. Jeannie didn’t even hesitate to make room in her already busy day to come let them out completely last minute. She is 110% committed into her job and let me tell you with the three dogs I have is a big hassle and Jeannie embraced every moment with them. They were not only well taken care of, 100s of photos were taken and shared with me. I will forever be a returning customer and if you are looking for someone to watch your fur babies Jeannie is your person!

Brooklin was great making sure my little Felix was okay while we were away for the holidays! We know he was much more comfortable being at home rather than put up in a cat hotel!

Mary is WONDERFUL!! She goes above and beyond. My high-energy dog is sometimes a ton to handle but Mary does it with ease and gives him so much attention he actually naps for me!! She is such a great person and very reliable. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

Alex did drop in visits for our two cats and took great care of them! The younger one can be slow to warm up to new people, so on day one Alex spent time sitting patiently with her. By day two, they were playing! Alex is easy to communicate with, punctual, clearly loves animals, and sends detailed updates with pictures. Our babies were in good hands with them!

Paul was an excellent cat sitter for our 6 year old cat, Rowan. Rowan loved him! Paul was communicative, professional, and even helped us when we got some surprise packages. Would absolutely use Paul as a sitter again.

Laura is very reliable, thorough and professional! She’s a great communicator. One of my cats needs daily medications and I trust Laura to handle it perfectly. Highly recommend!
