Exceptional service! Randell is not only a professional, she feels like an immediate friend! The communication was daily and thoughtful. A week away from my my constant emotional support was hard to do. I am so glad that I picked Randell! Both me and my Izzy were in good hands, healthy, and anxiety free!

Devan was amazing and took excellent care of my dog Oliver. He took him on many walks during his stay and kept me updated the entire time with amazing photos. I would strongly recommend Devan to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy sitter!

Carl and his wife Jamie were so great with my dog, Lucy. I was nervous leaving her for the first time, but they set my mind at ease with a “Meet and Greet” and then were so kind and understanding throughout the process. They treated my girl so wonderfully and sent the most delightful photos of her enjoying her vacation! Highly recommend.

Tianci was the most amazing sitter for my dog Harold! She was so communicative and I could tell she loves dogs and making sure they’re well taken care of. Harold had the best time staying with her and didn’t want to leave! Tianci shared photo updates and messages throughout Harold’s stay and I loved seeing how happy he was in the pictures! I will surely be booking Tianci again in the future, and I highly recommend her for anyone wanting to make sure their dog is well-loved while they’re away!

Rachael was so kind to take our little Hugo for a last-minute stay. She was communicative and flexible and took great care of our pup. We would definitely have Rachael take care of Hugo again!

Allison was very kind and sweet to my pup. She constantly kept me updated with pictures and my dog looked nice and content when I picked her up. 10/10 would recommend!

Celeste was wonderful with our bernedoodle pup! It was his first time trying Rover, and she made him feel so at home. Thanks for taking wonderful care of our guy!

King loved his stay! Danielle & Joy spoiled him with tons of love, cuddles and attention. They updated me with pics of King and how his day went. King will definitely be back!

Dobby had a great day with Mengyuan, I needed to be out of the house for the majority of the day last minute and Mengyuan responded very promptly was able to squeeze me in the very next day. Mengyuan took Dobby on multiple walks throughout the day and sent me updated pictures of him having fun at the park and coffee shop! I would 100% reach out to her again when I need help with Dobby and 100% recommend her to everyone..

Janet was so caring, communicative, and helpful with our dog during a boarding stay! Our dog had some recent health issues, and Janet was very attentive and kind, which was very appreciated and helped with her recovery plan. We received updates and pictures of all the fun our dog had! Thank you Janet!!

Pixel absolutely loved his stay at Ruslana’s. She was great at communicating and sent us lots of pictures. Pix was a little unwell initially and she made sure he got better and took great care of him. I will highly recommend them as Pix enjoyed his stay. We would definitely re-book for any future trips. Dennis and Gloria were incredible with my senior border collie Ozzie! Great at photo updates and communication. Took him to multiple dog parks over the three nights, and even gave him a bath when he decided to play in the water on a walk. They definitely went above and beyond! My dog slept for a full 24 hours after I picked him up—obvious that they kept him engaged.

I have an old senior dog and he can be a little needy when it comes to a care routine but Laila followed instructions and took great care of him. She sent many pictures and videos and made sure he was comfortable. Would absolutely book again!
