Very communicative and sweet. Kennedy followed all of my instructions for my little Eugene and kept him company while I was away. It was my first experience with Rover, and she made it an excellent one! 10/10

Dana was absolutely wonderful with Kai! Her communication was excellent throughout the entire stay, which really put my mind at ease. I loved receiving the frequent updates, pictures, and fun stories from their walks together. It was clear Kai had a fantastic time and felt right at home with her. While I was away, Marie-Rose kept me updated with thoughtful messages, along with plenty of pictures and videos. Seeing my cat happy, relaxed, and well cared for every day gave me complete peace of mind. I never once worried about my cat because I knew she was receiving exceptional care. It's clear that Marie-Rose truly loves animals and treats them as if they were her own. She is reliable, attentive, compassionate, and goes above and beyond to ensure both pets and their owners feel comfortable.
