Tyler was such a wonderful sitter! He sent us update photos of our dog every day, and she always looked like she was having a great time. I really appreciated the 1 on 1 time he's able to give pets as well. We will definitely book again next time we're out of town!

Mounica was very caring and attentive during our dog’s week long stay at her place. We received ample photos and communication, which was very reassuring. Mounica works from home and has a nice fenced back yard, which is perfect for our dog’s needs. We would happily book with Mounica again! It was a great experience!

We had Oliver stay with Nickey again during our almost 2-week trip to Japan, and once again she took such great care of him. We trust her completely with Oliver. She is patient, attentive, and treats him like her own. Nickey is incredibly reliable and always sends thoughtful updates, which gives us so much peace of mind while we’re away. We book her every time she’s available and we already have her reserved for our long-haul trip in May 2026 because she’s popular and gets booked up fast.

David is awesome! Our doggie Rainier had so much fun on his “vacation” with David. Lots of photos were shared and Rainier loved all the other doggies that he got to play with. We will gladly book with David in the futures

My dog Ricky is a senior, nearly 17 years old, and Nicole took such great care of him! We were away for a family wedding, and normally I would worry about him endlessly, but knowing he was with Nicole really helped us relax and enjoy ourselves. Nicole was wonderful about communicating with us. Every evening she sent pictures and videos along with an update on how Ricky was doing, which meant so much to us. We’ll definitely use Nicole again. I’m so grateful Ricky was in such good hands!

Anna was a great sitter. The pups were in good hands and we had no worries. She sent plenty of pictures and updates to keep us informed. We would highly recommend Anna!

This was our first time using Rover, and Katie made the experience absolutely fantastic! From the initial communication to the final pickup, she was exceptionally communicative, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with. Katie was super fast at responding to our messages, which gave us great peace of mind. Our dog, Melly, clearly had an amazing time—Katie is excellent at providing both fun play sessions and long, satisfying walks. We were especially grateful that she even helped reinforce some of Melly's training while we were away! As if that wasn't enough, Katie sent us lots and lots of photos of Melly, which was the highlight of our day! We could see how happy and well-cared for Melly was the entire time. We wholeheartedly recommend using Katie to anyone looking for a thoughtful, professional, and fun pet sitter. We will definitely be rebooking!

Kailin was so great with our little dog, Finn! This was our first time boarding with her, and we are always nervous dropping Finn off at new places, but Kailin put us right at ease with photos immediately. Their dog Zuzu and cat MiuMiu were also sweethearts and got along with Finn so well. Kailin was very communicative our entire trip. We will be returning as repeat customers!!

My pug did really well with Rachel & Ian. He stayed with them for over a week and came home happy & healthy. He has struggled at dog boarding facilities in the past but he did well in their home while we on our trip. We will use them again in the future.

Teri provides excellent care for out Frenchie and goes out of her way to make our pup feel at home. LadyBug gets lots of attention and loving care in a safe environment. She is a happy, relaxed girl when we come to pick her up. 😄

Couldn't be happier! We were in town for a wedding and had no idea where to leave our baby Pug. She was in heat and we were encountering a lot of people who did not take dogs in heat. Helen came to the rescue and agreed to let Phoebe stay over and made an exception for a late pick up. Phoebe has never been around other dogs and we werent sure how she would behave but she had a great time! If we ever need to go back to Seattle for something we will definitely leave our baby with Helen again! Such a kind soul!

Our family recently entrusted our beloved dog, Chikoo to Jennifer's care for three weeks while we were away on vacation. From the moment we dropped him off, we were impressed by Jennifer's warm demeanor and obvious love for animals. Throughout Chikoo's stay, Jennifer provided us with regular updates and photos, which greatly eased our minds. It was evident that she not only met his basic needs but also showered him with affection and attention, just like we would at home. Chikoo made new friends and has become so much more comfortable with other dogs after spending time with Shadow and the other dogs at Jennifer’s. When we returned, Chikoo was in excellent spirits and looked healthier than ever. It's clear that Jennifer's expertise and genuine love for animals contributed to his well-being during our absence. We cannot recommend Jennifer's boarding service highly enough. If you're looking for a place where your pet will be treated like family, Jennifer is the one to trust. I’ve been using Rover for years, always searching for the perfect sitters for Miss Ume, and I can honestly say Sydney and Evan are exactly what I’ve been looking for! Their attention to detail and genuine willingness to learn all of Ume’s little quirks so they could make her stay as comfortable and fun as possible was evident from our very first meet and greet. I immediately felt like they truly cared about getting to know her and understanding what makes her happy. Throughout my trip, I received thoughtful daily updates about Ume’s walks, activities, playtime, energy level, eating, sleeping, and just how she was doing overall. They also asked tons of questions about her eating habits, which I loved, and really took the time to dial in exactly what Ume needed to maintain her normal eating, exercise, and yes…even pooping routine! As a dog parent, that kind of attention and communication gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I could go on and on about everything I appreciated, but in short, Sydney and Evan are hands down the best sitters Ume has ever had. Hong and Yuchen were a delight to work with. They provide a vibrant, healthy and safe environment when sitting for your pet. They are very communicative and kept me regularly updated (with pictures and videos). there was a medical incident with my pup and they were very proactive and attentive. i was very satisfied with the service they provided and i highly recommend them if you have short or long term sitting needs.

Our two shepherds are very picky with who they decide to stay with but Sola seemed be a great anchor for them. Her grounded and confident demeanor definitely rubbed off on them and I could tell felt assured.

We had a great experience with Prescilla! She sent several photos and videos of our dog to us while we were away and was very detailed in giving us updates. Mila seemed to really enjoy the company of her, her husband, and her dog. We will definitely request Prescilla's help in the future!
