We met with Giovanna a week before our first day care. She explained what I would expect from her while Riley stayed for the day. Giovanna sent lots of photos and videos. Very responsible and attentive!

Xi is a highly responsible sitter and a true dog lover! She took wonderful care of Bubu and kept us updated with frequent photos throughout Bubu's daycare stay. Bubu had a fantastic time playing with her friendly and adorable Golden Retriever, Dun Dun, as well as Finn. I will definitely be asking Xi to look after Bubu again in the future. Cathy is the best dog sitter we’ve ever had. Her home and backyard are thoughtfully arranged to ensure dogs can play safely and comfortably. Inside the house, there are multiple partitions that can be opened or closed to provide dogs with enough personal space when needed. The backyard is fully fenced. So the dogs can play freely without the risk of running away. Our dog Mochi is quite sensitive and timid, and usually dislikes going out for boarding. Cathy sent us lots of photos of Mochi, and we could tell she was very relaxed and happy staying at Cathy’s place.
Great job! Kept us up-to-date throughout the day with photos and videos, and took good care of our girl. She was very tired when we got her back, so seems to have had a full day!
