Doggy Day Care in Surprise Valley

Marlena and her family took great care of Murphy. She was treated like part of the family, and I really appreciated how thoughtful she is about dog compatibility and understanding each dog’s needs. It was also a big plus that she’s home during the day. She shared lots of sweet photos afterward, and Murphy came home happy. We’d definitely book with her again.

Diahann was so great to work with! Our usual sitter was busy this week and we needed a sitter last minute, and Diahann was quick to reply and meet our needs for the week. I really appreciate how well she communicated with me throughout the day. She sent me a lot of photos and videos of my puppy, and I felt comforted knowing that he was in good care/watched. She responded quickly to my questions if I had any. The first day that I brought my puppy to her she let me see her house and where my pup would be hanging out, and her house is very puppy safe/gated so that made me even more confident that our pup would be safe and well taken care of! Diahann was great and I would suggest her to anyone needing a sitter for their dog :)

This was my first experience using Rover. Noelle exceeded my expectations with quick followup response ro my request, thorough communication and updates on my pups first stay. Our 1yr old pup is a rescue and can be skiddish; recognizing this Noelle catered and provided a tranquil low stimuli environment that made our pup relaxed and comfortable. I’ve had Ripley stay with Kathie multiple times with her boarding service but this was the first time I just done a day trip and had him there for day care. Great service as always! Highly recommended!

SiYun goes above and beyond when sitting. Cas is prone to getting anxious but SiYun must have a calming effect because her was asking for chest rubs or petting! Definitely recommend and will absolutely rebook again.

Molly has been watching my dog the past few weeks and exceeds my expectations! She welcomes my girl to her home with open arms and treats her like one of her own. She keeps me updated throughout the day and even goes above and beyond by dropping my dog off at home when I work late. I am so very thankful for her & her group of pups as they keep my fur baby company throughout the day and give her the socialization and love she deserves. Thanks again Molly!

Sonia was very delightfully., the meet n greet was a success and the stay for Red was wonderful. He came home happy n tired. Sonja sent pictures and daily updates on his stay....would recommend highly.

My dog enjoys going to James and playing with the other doggies. He comes back pretty tired after all the laying around! I feel very confident leaving Leo under James care.

Darby's dog knowledge and calm energy was a perfect match for my 10-month-old, 70-lb puppy staying with her for daycare. I felt totally confident leaving my fur baby with her. She communicates clearly and quickly and sent a mid-visit update with photo. I've already rebooked. Thank you Darby!

Roxie has loved doggy daycare with Dennis and Lynn! They do a great job providing updates throughout the day and are very responsive to any questions we have. 10/10 would recommend!

Kristen was amazing at looking after our two dachshund boys for the night while we went to a concert in the city. We were an hour late picking them up and she was so kind and understanding about it. This was our first time meeting Kristen and her dog Chessie but the boys took to them right away. Kristen was so nice and kind and you can tell she’s very experienced with dogs. We got sent so many updates and photos and they looked so happy! Will definitely book with Kristen again!
