Kassandra was always quick to respond to messages and made sure to ask great questions to make sure she knew everything about our hanky! She sent pictures and updates during his walks and was super flexible with timing!

First time using Rover and I’m very satisfied. I was nervous about this at first but Molly followed my instructions and made this new experience good. Thank you for your patience with me, and with the dogs. Will definitely book you more often from now on
