On time for visits and flexible with our trip adjustments. Loved all the pictures and visit recap. We will definitely book again when needed.

When I needed someone to come give my cat, Lou, medication while I was out of town, I reached out to Reagan. Reagan was quick to respond and set up a meet-and-greet. While we were away, Reagan gave regular updates/photos and clearly made Lou feel comfortable and cared for. I definitely recommend!

Kimberly did a great job, and was able to check on our elderly kitty Izzy with no days notice! She even watered our plants. We will definitely reconnect with Kimberly again in the future!

Mindy was fantastic. Milo needs meds and she did great. I also got pictures and updates which always put my mind at ease since Milo is not always feeling well.

Cynthia is a superstar! She always goes the extra mile—coming an extra day when our flight was delayed, giving nail trims, making sure the temperature stays comfortable for the cats. We really appreciate the extraordinary care she provides!

Andrew is the best and our lively cat Phoenix loves him!!

Was glad to find Emma after moving to Carnation. She took great care of our four cats while we were on vacation and the pics from each visit were definitely appreciated.

Punctual

Lindsay was a great cat sitter who took detailed notes during the meet and greet. She gave helpful updates and sent lots of photos. There was an issue with opening up the lockbox to get the keys and she was very understanding and had great communication while we figured out an alternative solution. I also messed up the schedule when booking and she was extremely accommodating and was able to help out past the initial booking dates. Highly recommend her!

Amanda and Eric were very communicative with the whole process and treated our cat with so much care and love.

Stef took such great care of our cat Jack while we were away for the holiday. We had never had a “stranger” come to the house before to cat sit so we were a little nervous about the process but the moment we met Stef we knew we had nothing to be concerned about! Stef is a genuine animal lover and very kind person. She sent daily pictures and even brought in our mail and packages. Will definitely be using Stef from here on out!

My first time boarding with Matthew I was a bit nervous how our dog would take to a new environment but felt at ease right off the bat upon our initial meeting. Matthew provided daily updates/pictures and his house is located in close proximity to dog parks and walks along trails. We will definitely use Matthew again.
