As a somewhat anxious, first-time Rover user, Sophia immediately put me at ease with her friendly, professional demeanor and desire to make a connection with my cat upon our first meeting. I left on vacation feeling confident that my pet was well cared for. Sophia kindly sent photos and updates to ensure that my cat was adjusting well in my absence. I returned to a happy cat and home just as I left it. I would, without reservation, happily recommend Sophia for pet care needs.

Valerie did an excellent job watching our senior cat who requires medication in our home. As well as ensuring our other younger, scaredy cat was safe, and taken care of as well. Wonderful communication and care. We are looking forward to booking with her again soon!

Kimberly was reliable and always great about cleaning up after scooping the cat litter or cleaning up extra cat food around her dish. Tess seems to be comfortable with and enjoy Kimberly's visits because she often reports that Tess is affectionate with her

Julie seemed to give our cat a lot quality attention. She had very detailed daily updates with pictures. Kept the house clean too. We will definitely have her watch our cat again.
