I had a great experience with Savonne! She is an excellent communicator. Although my cat is stubborn and seemingly only likes me, Savonne did her best and my cat was in better health when I returned! I would recommend Savonne to anyone seeking professional care for their fur baby.

John took excellent care of our four cats for a trip away. He was very communicative starting at our initial meet and greet. He asked great questions about how best to care for all of them. We got lots of photos and a video everyday of them. Our cats were in one of the best moods they’ve been compared to other times we went on trips. I would book John again and highly recommend!

Alex was great with our cat, Taydo. Taydo was very shy during the meet and greet and anxious around strangers, but I was happily surprised to see how quickly she warmed up to Alex during her drop ins. Alex was also very communicative and provided detailed daily updates and great pictures of Taydo while we were out of town which we loved!

April was so attentive and responsive to schedule with and while watching our cats. She took such good care of them and kept us informed of any health issue. I can tell our cats really like her and feel safe with her by the way they responded too, especially Boo who is normally extremely shy with new people. Thank you April! We had a really great experience with Kseniia taking care of our cats. She followed all of our instructions carefully, kept the litter boxes clean, refreshed food and water, and took wonderful care of our cats. One of our cats is usually very selective about people, but he came out to her and even enjoyed being petted and played with, which says a lot. She even offered to clean up the mess the cats had made, even though we hadn’t asked. We were able to enjoy our vacation with complete peace of mind, knowing our cats were in caring and reliable hands. Highly recommend!

Jeannie took great care of Charlie while I was away, she was prompt in her communications, sent me lots of status update pics while I was gone and overall I felt like Charlie was taken care of with love and care.
