I had a really great experience with Juniper. Juniper took wonderful care of my cats, sent regular updates and photos, and made me feel very comfortable while I was away. This was my first time using Rover—and my first time having someone outside of family care for my furry family member. I was a bit hesitant at first, not knowing what to expect. But Rover made the process easy, and more importantly, I found a wonderful cat caregiver in Brooke. We did a meet-and-greet at my home, and I instantly knew my cat was comfortable when he greeted her at the door. Brooke was attentive as I explained his routine and asked thoughtful questions that showed her experience and genuine care. While I was traveling, she checked in daily with detailed notes and adorable photos (bonus: she has a real knack for capturing the best pet moments!). From my cat’s relaxed expressions, it was clear he was well cared for, not stressed, and thoroughly enjoying the playtime and treats Brooke provided. Knowing he was in such good hands gave me tremendous peace of mind. I’ll absolutely be booking Brooke again for future trips!

We left our kitten in Tiffany's hands and things went great! Our cat quickly bonded with her, and started playing in no time. Tiffany showed great experience with handling animals and keeping up with our cat house training. Additionally Tiffany sent us many pictures and videos to make sure that we can rest assured and that everything was going smoothly.

Timea was amazing! My cats were extremely well looked after. Their visit report cards always had some extra notes about what the cats themselves were up to and multiple cute pics. They quickly started trusting her (which is rare for one of our cats) and I never worried about them knowing they were in such good hands. Will definitely be calling Timea again in the future. Highly recommended.

Christian has been regularly coming by my place to hang out with my cat when I’m on work travel. He’s been very responsive and Autumn is happy to have made a new friend!
