Ashton and Shelby are responsible, caring and conscientious. They are great at communicating, and showed flexibility when I had a need for an extra visit. Knowing that they were truly caring for my animals helped me have the peace of mind needed to relax and enjoy my trip. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to hire them again. My cats, rabbits, fish and plants were all well-looked after and I really enjoyed all the photos and updates!
We rebooked Leah for a second visit because she was so wonderful the first time! Leah really establishes a rapport with our cats and they remembered her from the first time - which makes them wayyy more comfortable with her (and us less stressed). We will definitely be rebooking in the future πββ¬π
Jessica was fantastic. My prior cat acomidations where traumatic for me and my kitty and she responded instantly and it completely deflated a bad situation into a really good visit. She never made me feel batty for checking in and was available and empathetic to our situation. I left a scared upset cat and came back to him happy, healthy and handsome as ever.
Lori was amazing. We were out of state dealing with a death in the family and all the emotions that come with that. The last thing we needed was to also be worried about our kitty Heisenberg while we were gone. Lori came each day to care for him and she went above and beyond. Not only did she take care of our kitty, she genuinely cared about his well-being. She also was so kind to water our flowers that weβre looking deprived and brought in our mail. Lori was wonderful!
This was the second time Suzanne watched our cats. She stayed at our home for a week and everything was great. Came home to a clean home and some very happy kitters. I always feels at ease when we are on vacation and she's at our home. Recommend her just as much as the first time! πΊ
