Lisa took exceptional care of Mellow—she was attentive to her needs and ensured she remained comfortable throughout. She was also very flexible with our schedule and kept us reassured with regular updates and photos.

Alexis provided excellent care for our cat. We received updates & pictures daily while we were out of town, about our cat. We appreciate the frequent communication and support Alexis provided for our cat.

Hayden was incredible! She took amazing care of my two cats who had just moved into a new house and were so stressed before we left for vacation. She was attentive and communicative. I am so grateful to have had her looking over the cats!

She was wonderful with our cats! We have a shy kitten and even she was able to pet and get her to come out with we were gone! She made us feel comfortable about leaving our cats and we would definitely rebook her again!

Steve was great! When I texted him to let him know I was leaving town, I told him that Charli (my cat) was very apprehensive at my departure this time, which was unusual for her. When I left home, she was hiding under my bed, which she rarely, if ever, does when I leave town (she recognizes the carry-on bag, so she knows when I'm going somewhere for more than a day). Steve wasn't supposed to make his first visit until the next morning, but later that afternoon on the first day, I got a text and photo from Steve that showed he was at my home and trying to help Charli destress and come out from under the bed. Charli had warmed up to Steve during our meet-n-greet faster than any other person I've ever seen, rubbing all over him and letting him pet her, so she was not hiding under the bed because she was afraid of him. She'd already determined he was going to be her friend on their first meeting! The fact that Steve was empathetic enough to come on a day for which he was not scheduled, to check up on a cat he'd just met a week before, is something that you don't see in a pet sitter every day, and I was greatly appreciative. The rest of the stay was uneventful, and after that first day or two, Charli would come out to greet Steve whenever he would come over, as the photos showed. She even fully stretched out on the floor in front of him and presented her belly to him, which, if you know anything about cats, is not something cats do unless they are very comfortable with their surroundings and people/other animals present. Clearly, Charli loves Steve, and it's obvious that Steve loves Charli. Book him for your next out-of-town trip!

Mariah took great care of my cat Roland for the weekend! She was great at keeping us updated with how he was doing and quick to reply when needed. Highly recommend!

Perrin communicated clearly and often while watching our cat Louie! She went above and beyond in caring for him. We could tell he was getting lots of attention and affection while we were gone, which was important to us. Will definitely be rebooking with Perrin in the future!

Amber did great spending time with my babies. Let boy cat go out and enjoy the patio and gave my girl cat all the loving. Appreciated her being able to check on them and keep them socialized.

Kylee was great! She let me book on short notice and accommodated my cats early morning schedule while I was away. She had great communication, and gave me updates about my cats water fountain, how well he was eating, and even helped to reset my litter robot when it had an error.

Heidi accepted a last minute request and was accommodating to a late evening pick up after my flight. She sent plenty of pictures of my kitty while I was away which made me feel good. I feel confident he was provided great care in Heidi’s home.

Great experience. Our indoor/outdoor cats were well taken care of while we were traveling. Sariah was responsive an not shy about asking for clarification to make sure our cats had what they needed. We will try to book Sariah again next time we travel.

When we did the meet and greet, I saw the way Lilian was with Zeus and I knew everything would be just fine. Jessica is so awesome and nice!! She was very detailed when she messaged me after each visit which really made me not regret leaving him at home. They will definitely be my “go to” if they’re available!!! Absolutely 5+ stars!!

Lori watched our Zoey again for a few days this month, and as always, she took such great care of her. Zoey is getting older and has some health issues so we always worry when we leave her, but Lori plays with and loves on her and sends us the most adorable photos. It's clear Lori truly cares about our pets ... and also that Zoey, who is pretty picky about who she will come around to, loves Lori too. We feel so blessed to know that our girl is so well taken care of when we have to leave her. Thank you, again as always, Lori.

I can't thank you enough! Every update i received our the biggest smile on my face. My cats were in such good hands. I was pretty nervous leaving my cats for days alone but those worries were thrown out after meeting Marsha and her brother. They were very warm and friendly. I will rebook with them in a new York minute.
