We had an issue with the first visit but Jessica was able to take the feedback seriously. For the remaining visits Jessica spent quality time with the kitties and took care of them well. Panda did not vomit hairball during the booking thanks to all the brushing.

Callaway is very communicative and easy to work with. Unfortunately my cat was not very nice to her (unforeseen) and she took it in stride with so much gracious understanding.

Gabby was very easy to work with and communicative! My kitties were happy and healthy when I got home, and all my Amazon deliveries had been moved inside (bonus). :)

Caroline did a wonderful job caring for our kitty while we were away. She was communicative, conscientious, and thorough with her visits. You can really tell she genuinely loves animals and we felt like we could really enjoy our vacation knowing she was checking in on our fur baby.

Natalia was extremely communicative and sent me tons of pictures every day she watched my kitties. They were super comfortable, and she followed all instructions. Will definitely use her again in the future!

Rachel is awesome, very dependable and provides solid updates. She was very reliable and took great care of our 2 cats. She went above and beyond, eased our minds during our vacation and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care provided. Rachel is truly top notch and I highly recommend her!

Honestly, i can not say enough about how great Mike has been with our cat and the amazing service he has provided both times he watched him for us. We had an issue the morning after we left for our trip out of state where a neighbor broke into our apartment and Mike went out of his way to retrieve Zeus and get him home safely, truly did not have to do anything extra but he did and it meant the absolute world to us. Mike is a great guy, caring and goes above and beyond for his care of others pets. Thankful for Mike!

Amazing with our kitty!!!

Brooke took great care of my 3 kitties while I was gone for the weekend! She won over my shy cat too which was great. And she proactively cleaned their food bowls + cleaned up a cat accident on the stairs

Momo took great care of Nuja! Nuja had her own spacious room with a lot of cat furniture and toys, even a hanging hammock on the window, which is her favourite spot at home. Nuja needs two oral medications regularly, and usually takes a long time to adjust when boarding, but Momo made the process smooth, and with daily updates I was able to be at ease when travelling. Nuja was given the freedom to explore the rest of the house if she'd like to, and after a few days she started to explore gradually. She didn't end up having too many interactions with Momo's cat, but they were in peaceful co-existence. Would strongly recommend and book again!

Elora was wonderful! She was super communicative and gave us really thorough updates on our cat while we were out of town! She also handled things like our doorbell continually falling off the wall with grace :) I think our cat super appreciated that Elora respected his boundaries and let him interact on his own terms. Lastly, some of these pictures are pure gold ? Thank you so much Elora!!

Amy was beyond what we could have asked for. We were in a bind needing a pet sitter who could care for our cat that had just come home from the ER vet. Amy administered subcutaneous fluids, oral antibiotics and medication, and did feedings through a feeding tube for our sweet cat. She even found time to give our other cat all of the attention he needed too. She went above and beyond the call of duty on multiple occasions. She was extremely responsive, flexible, and understanding of our situation. We would work with her again in a heartbeat.
