Sandra was fantastic. She had great communication throughout and took excellent care of my two cats. They were clearly well looked after, and I would definitely book with her again.

Shana cared for our cats on a recent weekend trip and she was very communicative and responsible. Detailed updates and photos mean a lot to us, as we are newer pet owners, and Shana did an awesome job of this! She put us at ease. :) They are looking forward to seeing her next time!

Ana was amazing with my two very shy cats. Communicative, punctual, and great about sending pics, Ana made it easier to travel knowing they’d be in good hands.

Yijun did an excellent job to take care of MiamMiam when I was on vacation. She took notes to confirm every step during drop in visit, and shared detailed records on how MianMian is doing. She figured out ways to have MianMian willing to try the canned meals which he originally disliked, and that worked effectively. Since Mian really loves to explore outside, she took him outside on leash or in a zipped stroller, as I suggested, and Mian was happy about it. The communication with Yijun is smooth and immediate. Photos and videos she shared shows plenty info on what Mian is doing and if Mian is happy. I really appreciate Yijun’s great affection when taking care of Mian

James tried very hard on our shy kitty and sent the photos and notes. This was our first time leaving our cat, and even though she did not want to play, it was very comforting knowing she was doing ok. James communicated very well!

Allie was an awesome cat sitter for the weekend i was away. My younger cat, Mylo, even made friends with her, which is amazing because he’s usually nervous with new people. I came home to happy cats and a tidy home, and I’d gladly book her again.

I had an excellent experience with my pet sitter despite a large time difference—I was in Asia, and she was in Seattle. Even when I was delayed in responding, sometimes by 10 or more minutes, she was incredibly patient and flexible, adjusting her schedule so that each visit still lasted a full hour. After every visit with my cat, she provided detailed notes and consistently checked in to ask if additional care—like trimming fur or nails—was needed. She even asked if I wanted my cat taken for walks. Despite us never meeting in person, our communication was seamless. On top of that, she went the extra mile by cleaning up some mess my cat made and returned my key to my neighbor. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend her to other pet owners!

Leelay provided great care for the week we were away. She was very responsive to any questions we had, and we were able to relax during our trip knowing our cat was in good hands.

I found Paola on Rover and she watched my 5 furbabies for 2 weeks while I was gone on vacation. She came over to my house before I left and I showed her everything she needed to do while I was gone. She sent pictures to me everyday while I was gone and also communicated with me and responded to all my text messages to her immediately. I loved how she was so attentive to my cats and she also took care of a few other things, such as feeding our fish. I highly recommend Paola and will be a return customer in the future.

I left my cat Cloudy with their care for almost two weeks and it couldn't have gone better! They helped me unload and load all of her things, kept me updated with regular pictures and messages throughout her stay, and truly made her feel welcome. As someone with a lot of anxiety about leaving my cat, the constant communication was such a relief. I’ll absolutely be booking again!

Lydia is absolutely great! She takes such good care of our two girls; she is very attentive to their needs and makes sure they get lots of activity and attention whenever she visits. 11/10!

Ni took great care of my cat! She is always on time very nice and gentle with my cat, and also playing with her a lot. So many lovely pictures and videos taken and sent to us, really appreciate everything!
