Hailey was truly EXCEPTIONAL pet sitter for our two cats and parrot while we were away for almost a week. She was an excellent communicator, totally reliable and responsible, and she she took such excellent and fun pictures and notes during our time away. This was our first time using Rover.com for our 2 Labs and Jess made it very easy! She was easy to communicate with and did 3 drop in visits for us, as well as sent some photos during her visits. We’ll be using her again in the future!
