Rosanna was so dedicated to helping our Max. He hides from strangers. But he needs meds so she had to hunt for him in the hardest of locations to find. She went above the call of her duties. So caring!! I recommend her very highly!!

She helped me troubleshoot getting rid of uninvited guests to the food bowls, volunteered to come for extra visits when the need arose, washed out the wet food cans before throwing in the recyclable bin and she kept the house, the floors, the litter boxes and the food bowls spic-and-span.
