Miranda was fantastic with our cat! He can be cautious around new people, but she took her time with him, and he warmed up to her in no time. She really goes above and beyond in caring for pets & providing updates!

Christina communicates well regarding the visits. She got a good read on our feisty cat, and adjusted as needed, based on the cat’s behavior. Good intuition. We hope to use her again.

Jen did a fabulous job with our dogs! She showed up on time, sent us pictures and spent lots of time with them. They got plenty of play time with her and she was gracious enough to help with topical medication application. I highly recommend Jen and will be using her again in the future.

Katie was amazing! Really went out of her way to accommodate our girls needs. She was really good with the girls and they loved her. Definitely will be using Katie again

Madeline was so good with our boys! (cats) she took the time to meet them beforehand and was responsive the whole time. We gave her detailed instructions and she followed them: able to give medications to 2 of our cats without any issues. We went on our trip with a peace of mind that our cats were well taken care of. thank you Madeline!

I'm a first time Rover user, and Dave was very kind and helpful through the whole process and with using the app. Not surprisingly, my (scaredy) cat hid during his drop in visits, but I was very happy to know Dave was there to take care of the necessities and if Penny would have wanted to be social, she could have been. Jenni did a great job taking care of my three cats. She fed them, changed their litter box and gave one of them his medicine. She also brought in our mail and newspaper and watered our outside plants. We appreciate all she did and most of all the cats were happy!!
