Our 4th time having Debbi O. take care of our critters..As always she is prompt with checkin, follows our detailed directions and goes above and beyond to water flowers, plants, get packages off porch if needed and check for mail just to make sure mail man not delivering ! Emma dropped in on our two cats (one of which needed medication every 12 hrs) during our trip and was very communicative during the visits. She sent pictures every day and even cleaned everything up on the last visit. We will definitely use her again for our next trip.
