Alicia reliably came on each date and thoroughly checked that all cats were in a happy, healthy state. Alicia did a great job of communicating that the cats were fine so as to keep my vacation free of worry.

This is our first time using Rover and I’m very pleased! I was nervous about the whole thing at first, but Alyssa was very easy to work with, trustworthy, and reliable. She accepted a very last-minute booking and exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much, Alyssa!

Jorden & Savannah were both excellent communicators, before and during their visits with Lou & Tillie. Had some nice pictures provided of kitties playing during their visit. Happy furballs when I returned. Very pleased with their care, which made my time away worry free! Will definitely hire again.

Laura is such a delight to work with! My cats told me they had a great time while we were on vacation in their own way. Lois is the most timid cat ever and Laura was actually able to see her! This is unheard of!
