Carrie is absolutely fantastic! So wonderful with my energetic puppy and always on time

Jenifer was respectful of our place and took great care of our cat while we were out of town for the holidays. She showed up on time and spent the full 30 minutes with him. We have a kitty cam and got notified when she showed up and I could see my cat greet her and was excited to see her every time, which made me feel comfort. Thank you so much for your help and spending time with our boy.

Tami did an excellent job caring for both my cats who have medical needs. My older cat is a diabetic with severe skin issues requiring multiple medications on an alternating schedule in addition to her twice a day insulin. She did a good job asking questions and making sure Kitten got the medications she needed on the correct schedule. She successfully gave both oral and injection medication and Kitten was in great shape when I got back (which is not always the case after a vacation due to her detailed care needs). There were some minor things that came up but those were mostly me being very particular about some specifics and in the end, were not that important and didn't affect the care of the cats. The house was clean and the cat food and litter box trash taken out, which I appreciated.

Rachel is very constant and responsive. I get feedback right away and she makes time adjustments to help my schedule. The neighbors all speak highly of Rachel.

We’ve always used family members to look after our fur babies, but this time they came on vacation with us, and we were left with no one to look after Riley and Murphy. Thank goodness we found Susan – she was absolutely terrific! Right off the bat when we first met Susan, we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our pets. During the time away Susan sent us text messages and photos which really put our minds at ease. Our one cat, Murphy, is very timid and doesn’t usually come out while strangers are around. Susan was concerned when he wouldn’t come out for dinner. I reassured her that he would come out when he got hungry. I ratted Murphy’s hiding spot out, and she was able to feed him there the next day. I had to laugh when I received the text that she was “quite determined to make friends with Murphy.” By the end of the week Murphy was coming out for dinner and even let Susan pet him! I knew she would win him over 😊 We would not hesitate to use Susan again to look after not only our kitties but our home. We cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you, Susan! Tara was awesome!! We did a mid-day check-in while we were at a Packer game before she sits for us at the end of the month. Tara provided multiple photos and an update on her visit. I felt comfortable after out meet and greet. But even more confident she is a great fit for us now. She is so professional and easy to work with. Updating us along the way. So nice to know your fur babies are in good hands while your away.

Aly did such a wonderful job with our Finnegan! The communication and pictures were wonderful and she went above and beyond helping us with some unexpected deliveries during her stay. Our dog was smitten with her and he seemed to be spoiled just as much as when we’re at home.

Jessica was amazing! I have two cats who both need medication, one of whom is a sassy diabetic. Jessica was patient enough to deal with my cat even when she was grumpy and didn't want her medication. She was able to easily handle all the information I gave her and followed their routine, the cats were happy and healthy when I returned. I would highly recommend Jessica to take care of your furry family members.

Cayla was a fantastic pet sitter. I was nervous of leaving my companions, a bird and a dove, esp because they are not dogs or cats. Cayla met me before my trip and I knew upon meeting her they were in the right hands. She treated them like my family and sent me all the pics and videos I needed. She always got back to me right away when we had to communicate, and made sure the house was warm enough when the temps dipped. When I got home it was like I'd never been gone, cleaner actually

Susana kept us informed and she did a wonderful job dropping in on my energetic girls.

Claire is always dependable and quick to respond. Romi and Nemi love seeing her and look forward to her visits.

Carissa has been watching our cat for awhile now and she gives us great piece of mind while we are away. She sends wonderful pictures, communicates well, and takes great care of our cat. We 100% recommend Carissa!
