Dog Boarding in Genesee

Amazing people! They spoiled our basset hounds with all the walks and smells. Sent me pictures throughout the day and responded pretty quick. Definitely recommend them!

This was our first experience with Joanne. We had never used the Rover site but had a last minute need for a week of boarding. Joanne was so great as we coordinated a meet and greet. We could tell right away that she was a calm, organized, and personable person who loves dogs! Our dog took to her right away and shadowed her much of the time of her stay. Joanne sent us daily pictures with a note about how our dog was doing and was very responsive to any concerns we had. She took care to understand and honor our dog’s personality, behavior, and boundaries. Despite her own dog not needing leash walks to do her business, Joanne took ours for regular potty walks in below zero weather!! What a good humored trouper!!! We will be contacting Joanne for future boarding!!

Shirley had a wonderful stay with Karen and I had a very relaxing vacation knowing she was so well taken care of and would definitely rebook with her again.

This is our third time using Maria and Nayibe for our pups. We are frequently updated with pictures. They were also very accommodating when our flight got canceled, and let us extend our dogs stay. Our dogs Stella, a rat terrier, and Milo, a chihuahua, are well taken care of and given lots of love. We also love that they have a fenced in backyard. Cannot recommend them enough!

Angie was absolutely phenomenal with our mini goldendoodle. Our pup felt right at home within a couple minutes of meeting Angie, which put our minds at ease. She was gentle with transitioning him to meet other dogs, which was something we were delighted she was willing to do. And Angie kept us updated with regular texts and photos so we knew everything was going great. She even told us we didn't have to reply to the texts, to just enjoy our time away, but that she would send updates anyway. The updates were HER idea. We knew our dog was in good hands with Angie. She will be our first contact anytime we need to a safe, loving place for our dog while we're away.

Great vacay for Toby at Jenifer's house! He had lots of comfy places to nap, two enclosed decks to do his endless sniff and marks, and a walk or two every day. Jenifer is great with pets, and the real bonus is that she doesn't work outside the house, so we knew he wouldn't be left alone for 8 hours or more a day.

Scott & Ashley were absolutely AMAZING! We truly could not have asked for a better experience for our girls. From the moment we dropped them off, we knew they were going to be surrounded by so much love, attention, and care. The girls had the BEST weekend with them and their family! They especially loved being around the kids and having playtime that matched their energy. And when it was time to wind down for naps, there were plenty of cuddles and snuggles waiting for them too. As someone who gets extremely anxious about leaving our pups with anyone, this experience meant everything to us. We’ve always had pet sitters stay in our home because it’s so hard for me to fully trust others with our babies. But Scott & Ashley put me at ease from the very beginning. They treated our girls like part of their own family, and that kind of love and comfort is priceless. For the first time ever, while boarding our girls, I felt completely relaxed knowing our girls were safe, happy, loved, and having an absolute blast. We are beyond grateful to have found them and will 1000% be using Scott & Ashley again for our future doggie care needs. If you’re looking for people who will love your pets like their own, look no further — HIGHLY, highly recommend!

Mary was fantastic with our maltipoo Bella. She was excellent as far as making sure Bella kept her routine and we could tell Bella was having a great time from the pictures she sent us throughout the stay! Thank you Mary!

Myles loved Carly! She was very attentive to his needs and despite really cold weather made sure he got to work his energy out. She’s also an excellent communicator and I felt very confident leaving Myles in her care.

Sandy is so warm and wonderful with Leo. Leo loved being with her and all the attention and love she gives him❤️ Thank you so much for your kindness ❤️❤️

Tracy was amazing. Wallen had so much fun and I could tell he was so well taken care of! We got so many pictures and updates while we were gone! We will definitely be rebooking

Chili was more then spoiled. I would describe his stay as "Hollywood" style. Shyla was great a communicating and my daughter realized the comfort she provided to her Autism comfort dog.

Keri (and fam) were great! She took the time to visit with our pup before boarding him to ensure that he would be a good fit with her dogs, which was wonderful because it put me at ease. She has an extensive background in fostering and caring for dogs. While we were away, she sent us videos and pictures of our puppy playing. We extended our boarding by a night rather last minute and Keri was very accommodating. We’d definitely book her again!

I can’t recommend Heather highly enough! I felt completely at ease leaving my dog in their care for 10 days. What really stood out was the amazing communication throughout the entire stay. I received daily texts and adorable pictures that showed just how much attention and affection my dog was getting. It made being away so much easier knowing Winston was in such good hands. Heather loves animals and treats them like her own. I highly recommend her and will be booking again in the future!

No words. This this is the second time we have used her and she will always be our ‘go to’ dog sitter. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone to care for their pet. A++++++!!!!

Mikaela & Shane were great! Communicated well prior to & during our dog’s visit. As a family that doesn’t board our dog often, we felt great about leaving him in their care. In fact, In fact, I don’t think he was ready to come home, he had such a good time with the other pups! 10/10!!

We highly recommend Heather to dog sit! She had great communication with us while she watched our dogs for 8 days. She was super caring and attentive. And we could tell our dogs enjoyed our time with her. We will be booking with her again!

Heather is such a delight to work with. She cared for my 3 Cavalier King Charles for several weeks. They had a great time with her and she was so good to them. I am so happy I finally found someone I can trust to take exceptional care of my 3 boys! I will definitely use her again and highly recommend her to care for yours without hesitation! Sarah was wonderful with Mocha she kept me updated and sent me plenty of pictures she is now my official boarding house for Mocha whenever we have to go out of town if I could give her more stars I would but since I can’t she has multiple stars from me if your looking for the greatest for your fur baby Sarah is the one thank you Sarah 🩷🩷

Michelle was a great host to our puppy. He has quite a bit of energy and she took him for several walks day. He had a wonderful time with her family. Michelle sent photos and videos with how he was doing.
