Shylina was great! She came over and met him beforehand, and sent a detailed message about her time with Theo along with the cutest pictures. This was our first experience in using a pet sitting service as well as leaving Theo since adopting him. We feel much more comfortable going on future trips. Ciboney did a great job checking in on Kylo while we were away. She let him out to potty, took him on a short walk, and made sure he was well cared for during her visit. She was reliable, communicative, and gave us peace of mind knowing Kylo was in good hands. We’d definitely book with her again!
