From the minute we met Shanna we knew she would care for our girls like they were her own. New to the area and had never used Rover before. We felt very comfortable and confident leaving our girls behind with our mother. Shanna was prompt and consistent with her communication with all of us. We will not hesitate to call on Shanna again to care for our girls.

Great! Was very friendly and courteous. Very patient with the dog and let him sniff and explore at his leisure before continuing on. As we are in stressful times and schedules and planning is very up in the air, she was very accommodating and flexible. She responds promptly and has good communication. She arrived on time and was prepared. All in all a great sitter and one I plan to use again.
