Pet Sitting in Kimberly

This was our first experience using Rover.com and Josh. We were in need of someone to come and take our dog out before bedtime every day for two weeks. We were aware that due to the fact it was later in the day (10:30), winter, and we live a couple of miles out of town, that it might be difficult to find someone Josh came to an initial visit a week or so prior to meet our pet and become familiar with our situation. We could not have been more pleased with promptness, care, and politeness of Josh. Josh was gentle, spoke with, and assured Walter of what was expected.  He arrived within a minute of the expected outing. We would definitely use Josh in the future. Thanks, Josh.

Monica and her daughter have been life savers! I have been working on the front lines in the hospital and she has been extremely flexible, caring, and prompt. She also provided a great Rover card with photos. So lucky to have her!

5-star all the way! Bobbi was so great with my 2 crazy hyper hunting dogs. My pups are truly not for everyone because they are very rambunctious and can really be a lot to manage, but Bobbi did amazing! Loved the check-ins. My dogs are my entire life, and I’d trust her with them any day! Thanks SO much!

Natalie did a nice job communicating and sharing plenty of pics of our pups. Took the time for a meet and greet prior to the first visit. Will definitely use her services again.

My regular pet sitter was unavailable so I am a first time Rover user. Briana took the time necessary to understand Chewy’s personality and needs. Chewy is a very shy cat but came out for pets during Briana’s visits. I will definitely book Briana again if my pet sitter is busy.

Sara was reliable and asked questions as needed. She communicated any changes in schedule to confirm it would work for Luna. We also enjoyed the pics and updates she sent each visit. We will ask Sara to care for our cat again!

Emma took care of my fur babys so well. I have not been on a trip since getting a second cat and was a bit nervous. But from the photos she sent it was clear that they warmed up quickly and were able to get all the cuddles and play time they needed.

Jessica and Chase are a wonderful young couple who are genuine and really care about animals. My dog, Sandy, is not the easiest to work with. She does not like new people in her life and does not want any changes. I work long hours so I needed help with her and Jessica and Chase worked with her until Sandy finally trusted them. Today, Sandy enjoys their company, she trusts them and I have a piece of mind knowing she is in good hands when I’m not around. I trust Jessica and Chase with my fury child, and I trust them with my house. They worked hard to gain my dog’s trust and I appreciate them. They won my dog over which wasn’t an easy task, they are highly recommended.

Emily was absolutely amazing taking care of our two dogs (a one-year old and a nearly 14 year old standard poodle) and our cat, while we were away for five days. Emily was really attentive to all of their needs, and I was particularly appreciative that she spent quality time with them and took them on really good walks! The photos were great too! Emily has our highest recommendation, and we definitely plan to book with her again in the future!
