House Sitting in Lena

This was the first time we booked a pet sitter through Rover. I was nervous about leaving our pets (2 corgis & 2 cats) and home in the hands of a stranger. Alex was fantastic though from our initial meeting through our 9 day trip. She met with us twice before our vacation to ensure we were comfortable and to become better acquainted with our pets and their needs. She asked us how often we’d like to be contacted during our trip with updates. Being our first time using her services, I requested every day. She contacted me every day like clockwork. She sent pictures and cute stories about her time with our pets. When we returned home, we found a very kind letter describing her time with our pets and how much she enjoyed them. I highly recommend Alex! We will definitely be asking Alex to pet sit for us in the future.

Excellent experience all around. Good, clear and prompt communication. Respectful of my time and property. Followed my instruction/preferences completely. Asked good question to clarify the best way to take care of Cooper. Dana kept Cooper safe, healthy and happy… And that’s the important thing! Keep up the great work!
