Arianna was wonderful with Goose! Our kitty decided to be standoffish and hissy, but Arianna took great care of her. The updates were so appreciated!

Alyssa did a great job watching our 3 cats over the holiday! She took great care of them and communicated quickly and efficiently about any problems or changes. We loved getting daily updates as well!

Emily was amazing! We used her cat drop in service in our home. This was our second time using rover to watch our 10 year old cat. Emily did a wonderful job. Becky was so wonderful! She stopped in twice a day to watch our cat Percy while we were away and she took great care of him. She went above and beyond, playing with him, sending updates, and gave us complete peace of mind that he was being well taken care of. Reading previous reviews, I wasn't surprised that Melissa took such great care of my 2 kitties while I was away - she has an obvious talent for interacting with animals and seems to sincerely love her job. I was however a bit surprised by the extra level of professionalism Melissa brings to her service. Her communications are both timely and thorough and she expertly adjusted her care plan - on the fly - to accommodate some extra shy behavior from my younger kitten. Melissa's gentle patience won out in the end and I arrived home to 2 very content and stress-free fur babies. A truly perfect ending to my holiday weekend. I will most definitely reach out to Melissa for help again next time!
