We have a nervous girl and it was the first time leaving her while we’re on vacation. By the last visit, our Winnie was taking treats out of Nicole’s hand - she doesn’t even normally do this with me! Nicole provided detailed updates and pictures even when Winnie was hiding.

Julia did a great job. She met my kitties before her visit. She checked in and sent pics to show me how they’re doing. She also took the time to send a little update. She does a great job!

Reading previous reviews, I wasn't surprised that Melissa took such great care of my 2 kitties while I was away - she has an obvious talent for interacting with animals and seems to sincerely love her job. I was however a bit surprised by the extra level of professionalism Melissa brings to her service. Her communications are both timely and thorough and she expertly adjusted her care plan - on the fly - to accommodate some extra shy behavior from my younger kitten. Melissa's gentle patience won out in the end and I arrived home to 2 very content and stress-free fur babies. A truly perfect ending to my holiday weekend. I will most definitely reach out to Melissa for help again next time!
