Lisa was thoughtful and offered thorough updates and fun pictures and videos! She was super sweet and very flexible when it came to our needs! I would definitely have her come back and watch my pup!

Heather is an excellent communicator and both of my kitties loved her. I have a particularly high-maintenance older cat who doesn’t like people in general but she warmed up to Heather very quickly! This was my first experience using Rover . Com and Heather has set my bar very high. I will definitely be requesting her for all our future needs!

Madeline was so good with our boys! (cats) she took the time to meet them beforehand and was responsive the whole time. We gave her detailed instructions and she followed them: able to give medications to 2 of our cats without any issues. We went on our trip with a peace of mind that our cats were well taken care of. thank you Madeline!

Jennifer is fantastic and so caring. She is quick to respond to messages and always shows up on time for the drop ins and goes above and beyond during her visit. She make sure our doggy has a nice long walk along with making sure he is comfortable at home after she leaves.
