Seriously thoughtful and thorough care provided ! Makes leaving home stress-free because I know Elisabeth has it under control and keeps me in the loop every day. And my cats are big fans of her to boot!

Philip was fantastic! He was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared for my pets as if they were his own. I appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I came back to my cats relaxed and happy. I’d definitely book with Philip again!

We were so happy to find a petsitter with cat experience on a holiday weekend. Bella agreed to house & pet sit for us and she went out of her way to spend extra time with our two housecats for two daily visits, and was even able to spend two nights in spite of her busy schedule. The cats warmed up to her and she reported having bed-buddies for the nights she stayed over. I was pleased that she heeded my request to contact us about anything, big or small. We had a one-time drop-in visit for our cat Noodle, and it was a great experience. Communication was prompt and clear, and they were right on time. Even though it was just one stop, they made sure Noodle was well taken care of and comfortable. We really appreciated the update and photos — it gave us peace of mind knowing Noodle was in good hands. You can tell they genuinely care about animals and take their responsibility seriously. Amber was the best. I needed someone on short notice like one day and she was right there. Sent me pictures and treated them like they were her own cats.

Ashley did a great job checking in on our cat (Tink) while we were away. She was reliable and had good communication. This was our first time with Ashley and I would definitely book her again.

Quinn was kind, communicative, and reliable with Tetra’s check-ins. Tetra requires oral heart medication, and unfortunately when we returned home, I found two pills that she had spit out. Tetra can be tricky with medication, but confirming that she swallowed each pill is especially important for her care. I shared this feedback with Quinn afterward, and she was very receptive and appreciative that I let her know.
